Whats your favourite food?
I love making Quinoa salads, adding everything I can find in the fridge and chopping it all up in different ways. Lately, I’ve been shaving my veggies.

Do you have a food philosophy?
Listen to your body, how it reacts to different foods, and know that while food is fuel a piece of chocolate cake every now and then is good for the soul.

What’s you guilty food pleasure?
When my mum makes a chocolate pudding. I add a dollop of fresh cream. It’s impossible to resist.

Is there any kind of exercises you hate?
Squats on the Swiss ball. I also don’t enjoy running much.

What do you do for fitness?
I surf twice a day if there are waves.

Favourite healthy snack?
Blending watermelon and blueberries with almond milk and ice.

What makes you feel body confident?
Feeling light. That comes from eating fresh foods and working on a fast metabolism by snacking regularily. Whenever your craving something sweet your most likely dehydrated – so drink water instead.

What’s your favourite way to spend days off?
I love hanging at home with my friends. We put music on, drink coffee, chat and walk to the beach for a late surf.

What’s your beauty secret?
Vitamin D, hydration, slow breathing and doing things that make me happy!
