Social media will be your saving grace when you’re starting out. Even before you launch your food truck business, be sure to start accounts for the business on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and post regularly with clever catchy captions. Give off an impression of exclusivity and mystery, at least prior to launching, and you’ll find people flocking to taste your food when you do get out there.
It may be a rough start at first, but you can have a pretty successful food truck business if you make sure you know what you’re getting into. It takes time to work up the popularity, but when you do, you’ll have people chasing down your truck for more!
